Who We Are

Amber Davis
Amber graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies. She is the founder of Quest Planning and has over 21 years of experience in land use planning and regulatory compliance. Amber has extensive experience with providing both technical and managerial support for various environmental, regulatory, and land use projects.

Ellie Krantz
Ellie holds a Bachelor of Science in City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. She has over 5 years of experience working on a diverse range of planning projects throughout California, including master plans, active transportation plans, environmental document preparation, and land use permitting. Ellie specializes in guiding clients through the permitting process and efficiently navigating project approvals.
